Our keyworkers have extensive experience of working with people with mental health needs, in collaboration with other
services e.g. psychiatric nursing, social work, adult education and occupational therapy.
We feel that the key to high quality services is the recruitment and retention of skilled and motivated staff. We believe
in a multi-disciplinary approach and this is reflected in the membership of our staff teams.
In response to the needs of the client group we serve, our staff have developed their skills and knowledge in some
specific areas e.g. working with families, supporting people with self harming behaviour and working with people with eating
disorders. We also run a rolling programme of therapeutic groups such as anxiety management, conversation skills, obsessive
compulsive disorder support group and breakthrough depression group.
