What service do we provide?
We offer a range of services which can be purchased
using the Self - Directed Support (SDS) system. Your care co-ordinator will be able to tell you more about SDS and how to
apply for our services.
We offer support for people with mental health needs living in their own accommodation. We provide
home visits and will also accompany people to appointments.
For service users who wish to purchase this service, we offer
a befriending scheme. We also offer an SDS brokerage service; this means that we are able to support service users to identify
the appropriate mental health support and services to meet their needs.
Individual Support
- Regular meeting with your workers
- 2 workers allocated
to each client (provides continuity and cover for holidays)
- working with you to help you achive your needs identified
in your support plan
- telephone contact with the office
- extra support if needed e.g. during crisis
Access to social groups, therapeutic groups and activities.
Cost of service from £45 a week.
Befriending
- Regular meeting with a befriender for social activities
Cost
£25 per person for 2 hours.
Activities
The activities offered vary from time to time to meet the needs of clients, the type of activities offered include:
- social groups - coffee mornings,
- activity groups - craft groups, creative writing group,
- therapeutic groups
- relaxation, anxiety management,
- walks these may be full or half day
- trips out - Skegness
- sport - football,
swimming
The cost of these groups will vary from about £10 to £25+ for a full day out.
OCD
A support group for people suffering
from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Meets monthly cost £25.
1:1 work is also available at cost of £45/session
